What is the i360°?

The i360° is a swivel base designed for the iMac Intel Core Duo (including G5). It provides the flexibility of the old iMac G4 by allowing it to turn sideways. Since the ports are at the back of the iMac (Intel Core Duo & G5), this ability allows for easy access to the ports. The i360° also allows Mac users to share their photos, etc., with their friends and family members easily.

Is the i360° suitable for the Apple Cinema Display?

The i360° is suitable for the 20" and 23" Apple Cinema Display, but not the 30" model.

Is the iMac stable when used on the i360°?

The iMac is very stable when used with the i360°. This is because the iMac doesn't simply sit on top of the i360°; it actually slots into the i360° itself and is fully secured as such. The i360° weighs 3 lbs. because the swivel inside is made of solid metal, providing a very stable platform for your iMac.

a. Apple 17" iMac (Intel Core Duo)
